Femke works as a senior researcher for the Urban Innovation research group and as a trainer for the Corporate Academy at Windesheim University of Applied Sciences. She has previously worked as a professor ‘Citizenship: Critical Thinking and Doing’ in secondary vocational education and as a teacher educator.
