Stach Aarts works as an education developer and is responsible for the translation of the AMS Urban Living Lab Way of Working into learning programs and tools for professionals and practitioners.

His work focuses on designing and facilitating engaging workshops and programs for professionals from municipalities, knowledge institutes and industry partners, to enable them to collaboratively learn together in these complex multidisciplinary projects.

With a background in hospitality, innovation management and educational science, Aarts aims to create learning experiences that are memorable, playful and meaningful.
